This weeks tattoo comes from one of our very favorite followers, Gabby.
"There's just so much I want to forget, Dan. I thought I was going to be a READ ONLY file. I never thought I'd be... interactive." I said "Don't worry about it, Karla. Because in the end, we forget everything, anyway. We're human; we're amnesia machines." - Douglas Coupland, Microserfs
Here is what she had to say about her brand new ink:
"In short, I've always been fascinated with memory and how it works, and that line sums it all up; it reminds us of our smallness while ascertaining the fact that we don't really matter, in the end. It's a reminder, to me, to stop taking things so seriously. But most of all, it sounds (and looks) effing cool. "
We love her interpretation of the quote and the reasoning behind it!! We want to thank Gabby so much for sharing her beautiful new piece with us and look forward to hearing what you all think.
Next week we will have yet another piece from one of our very own followers so be sure to check back in for that. Remember, if you have a literary tattoo of your own we would love to see it! Just e-mail a photo along with a brief description of why you chose it to:
