Hey there Marauders!! It's our favorite time of the week once again!!
For those of you who are new to the site here's a bit of background. Tattoo Tuesday was started by our good friend Tara over at 25HourBooks and celebrates our love of literature plus the people like us who are obsessed enough to ink something literary on their body! Every week we feature a literary tattoo that interests or compels us. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the ink. Helllo readers! It's certainly been a while. We are currently recovering from the heartbreak/amazingness that is Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2. We got ourselves some Harry Potter related ink the night before, to mourn the death of our childhood. Remember, if you have a literary tattoo of your own we would love to see it! Just e-mail a photo along with a brief description of why you chose it to:

I *might* be getting my first tattoo near the end of August. I have to get over the needle fear. But if I do, and if it's okay, I might later get something HP related as well. I have to decide which quote, though...
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed the movie, except I don't really like the way they make V look so I kept getting distracted by that. The Snape scenes, though...brilliant. I posted bigger thoughts on my blog (the new one, if you haven't seen, since I shut down The Zen Leaf: http://mandaland.amandagignac.com)
Fantastic! You girls rock!
ReplyDeleteThis perfectly demonstrates how tattoos can look decent and tasteful instead of the regular monstrosities we can often see.
ReplyDeleteOMG those are awesome. I love it.
ReplyDeleteMy sister has a tattoo on her collar that reads "All was well". She plans to have a phoenix tattooed there as well, eventually.
ReplyDeleteLove the ink, girls. Wonderful!
